Full Journal pdf2014-03-10 House Journal Page 1820 HJR 25 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the March 5, 2014, calendar (page 1786), was read the third time: CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 25(MLV) Urging the United States Congress to restore the presumption of a service connection for Agent Orange exposure to United States Veterans who served in the waters defined by and in the airspace over the combat zone in Vietnam. Representatives Gruenberg, T. Wilson, Herron, Hughes, and P. Wilson moved and asked unanimous consent that they be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and the members were required to vote. The question being: "Shall CSHJR 25(MLV) pass the House?"
